Terms of Service for Mowing to You

 

General: 

By utilizing the services provided by Mowing to You, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. It is advisable to consult this document periodically for updates

Services:

Mowing to You offers comprehensive mowing and lawn care services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services encompass mowing, trimming, edging, and removing grass clippings (removal of grass clippings is considered an extra service with its extra fees).

Furthermore, we provide additional services such as fertilization, weed control, and landscaping upon request.

 

Payment and Quotes:

Payment for services is required upon completion of the job. Accepted forms of payment include cash, bank transfers, and credit cards. All quotes provided by our company are exclusive of GST. In the event of late payment, a fee of $25 will be applied. If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, a monthly late fee of 1.5% will be assessed, and the account may be referred to collections, which could result in additional charges. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is essential to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a charge equivalent to your scheduled regular or quoted fee.

 

Liability:

Mowing to You disclaims any liability for damages to property or injuries sustained during our services. While every effort is made to prevent damage, accidents may occur. You must notify us immediately should any damage or injury arise during our service. In cases where hidden structures or fixtures are not disclosed before the commencement of work, we will not be held accountable for any resulting damages. You are responsible for removing any rocks, toys, or other objects from the lawn before our arrival.

 

Warranty:

We stand by the quality of our services and commit to rectifying any issues to ensure your satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours to allow us the opportunity to address the matter.

Privacy:

Mowing to You is committed to safeguarding your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any external entities.

 

Termination:

Mowing to You reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason.
