By using 'Mowing to You' services, you agree to the following terms of service. 'Mowing to You' reserves the right to change or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these terms of service periodically for any updates or changes.

Services
'Mowing to You' provides mowing and lawn care services to residential and commercial clients. Our services include mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of grass clippings. We also offer additional services such as fertilization, weed control, and landscaping upon request.

Payment
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card payments. A $25 fee will be added to any payments past the due date for payment. In cases where payment is not received within 30 days of the service date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be added to the outstanding balance and if sent to collection the client will incur any fees or losses added due to the use of the collection agency.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee or your regular fee being charged.

Liability
'Mowing to You' is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons resulting from our services. We take precautions to avoid damage to property, but accidents can happen. We encourage our clients to notify us immediately of any damage or injury that occurs during our service.
If hidden structures or fittings are not disclosed before service has begun and are damaged during the service, mowing to you is not liable for any such damages.

Warranty
We guarantee our work and will make any necessary corrections to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date and we will make it right.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third-party organizations.

Termination
'Mowing to You' reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without reason.
